Quote requests are not a contract

Submitting a quote request does not create a transportation agreement and does not reserve capacity. Rates, transit times, and equipment availability are confirmed only in a written quote or agreement issued by Tracy Trucking Inc. Quoted rates are subject to accurate freight information and may change if the shipment details change.

Transportation services

Freight we move is governed by the applicable rate confirmation, bill of lading, broker-carrier agreement, and federal and state transportation law, including limitations on cargo liability. Nothing on this website expands those obligations.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the information here current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

• Types of messages: if you consent to receive text messages from Tracy Trucking Inc., you may receive messages related to delivery notifications and customer care. Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming freight delivery with Tracy Trucking Inc. on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Tracy Trucking Inc. at any time."
• Opt-in: you may opt in to receive text messages when we ask you by email. If you do not wish to receive text messages, simply do not opt in.
• Message frequency: frequency varies by communication type; for example, up to 3 messages per week related to your shipments and customer support.
• Fees: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan and whether messages are sent domestically or internationally.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message at any time, or contact us directly to be removed from our messaging list.

Intellectual property

The Tracy Trucking Inc. name, content, and design on this site belong to Tracy Trucking Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability
